this is the worst experience at a hotel in my entire life! the room door would not shut properly and the fridge was not cold. the room was clean (except i had to ask housekeeping for some toilet paper because the roll was almost gone) and the breakfast was good. i also was disappointed at the fac... rosey, a user of hotels.com.
