Terrible
Tried to stay there 8/14. Noise and floor vibrations from attached night club woke me up at 9:30pm. Desk clerk said she had another room but we would still have the noise. Quiet Getaway!!
The room rates were very reasonable. The hotel staff was very polite and courteous. The rooms were accomodating; providing iron and ironing board, coffee maker and blowdryer - a kitchenette would have been a plus. Spider infested--BEWARE!
I work for a major transportation company that demands my stay over night when I arrive in Birmingham. We have been useing this trap for a year now. I found this particular hotel on orbitz and was impressed by the lake in the back. I made a reservation and we were off on the first leg of our trip.
