Poorly Maintained

First, I'll mention the good things: the staff was nice, the lobby area was clean and nicely decorated, there was a pretty fountain in front of the building, and the location was great. Nice hotel

We stayed at this hotel on December 26, 2003. We checked in about 10:30 p.m. and asked for a standard room with a king sized bed. To our delight, we were given a suite with a kitchenette, desk, etc. for the standard price. The room was very clean and roomy. Mostly satisfactory

We were mostly satisfied with this hotel. It was very clean but not spotless. The rooms are very spacious with a fridge and microwave located at the wet bar. Somewhat Satisfied

Stayed here while having surgery. Mattress was torn, mildew on wall, blood on wall, tub/shower dirty, blankets old. Linens were very clean however. I think the customer service here was terrible.
