Friendly staff, free internet access at business center computer, and free wireless throughout. The rack rate was a bit steep though. Very Disappointed
About the only good thing you could say about this hotel is that is right across the street from the Galleria Mall. Upon arrival, we unloaded the car with all our luggage and baby items, into the room. The room was very hot. We turned on the AC full blast and waited about 15 minutes. STILL HOT. I will NEVER stay here again

We had reservations for a king bed room from our company. When I arrived I was told there was no reservations , bull, my boss even called and confirmed at about 5 pm that evening.
