Very Disappointed
About the only good thing you could say about this hotel is that is right across the street from the Galleria Mall. Upon arrival, we unloaded the car with all our luggage and baby items, into the room. The room was very hot. We turned on the AC full blast and waited about 15 minutes. STILL HOT.
