Have stayed a number of times in the last few months. Good location, close to dining(Five points) you can walk to. Service has been pretty good, as a Diamond member get extra cookies and free breakfast which is a big plus.(Doubltree cookies are by far the best compared to other hotels) Noisy AC, ... This hotel was confortable, a little renovation of the room maybe needed. The entry, bar, and reservation desk was lovely, and I think that renovations were in progress at the time we were there.
