I had many gripes with this hotel, but staff was not one of them. The people were wonderful! My complaints were..no gym as advertised, did not clean room at all one day, only half cleaned another, two days with no creamer for the coffee, no vending machines on site, no bar/cafe/restaurant as adve... a traveler, a user of hotels.com. Pretty good for the money

Nice room but the hotel was under major reconstruction when we were there. Floors torn up, construction equipment in the hall of the loby, etc.. Elevators had bad odor from construction debris.
