Wonderful Experience

I highly recommend this hotel. The service was excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful. Not A 4-Star experience

Our family stayed at the Sheraton Birmingham to attend an event at the Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Center across the street. We had early commitments and were awakened late at night, two nights in a row, regarding the same maintenance problem (leaky tub to room below) which was NEVER addresse... carla430, a user of Tripadvisor.
