I had to stay at this hotel for a week on business. My work had put me up at this hotel. Originally when I checked in, there was a slight mix up with my reservation but the staff did everything they could to correct it. Seriously scary. The only thing they have going for them is a website which makes it look like a beautiful hotel. BEWARE!! We actually never ended up staying here. Beautiful, comfortable rooms.

My only complaint was the service in the restaurant. We had never been there before so did not know how the buffet worked. No one told us where to go and since we had the free coupons for breakfast and tip was included, our service was not good at all.
