Needs some TLC

My adult son and I stayed at this Comfort Inn overnight on our way from Memphis to Asheville, NC. It was easy to find and the outside of the facility is very attractive. The front desk staff was so nice and helped with any requests. We didn't eat the free breakfast so I can't rate that. This facility is showing signs of wear and it could be cleaner.
