Needs some TLC

My adult son and I stayed at this Comfort Inn overnight on our way from Memphis to Asheville, NC. It was easy to find and the outside of the facility is very attractive. A busy night forgetting customer

The hotel we stayed at has the potiental to be much better. The room smelled musty and the carpet was wet in spots. It looked like a mess was made by the last group in the room and there was no effective cleanup of traces of them. Suggestions: Always check hide away sofas. Great Snowbird Stop!

We recently stayed here and got a good price with the Rest Stop Coupon book. The hotel had comfortable clean beds and bathroom. Everything in our room worked just fine.
