I have stayed at this hotel on several occasions and always found the rooms to be fresh and the staff to be very helpful. more on Yahoo! Travel

However, my last visit produced rooms that were dirty (used soap in bathroom and soil on bed linens) and reduced staff presence. more on Yahoo! Travel
