Great hotel, but some shortcomings...

I really liked staying at this hotel, but for my first night, my wakeup call request was not honored. If I had not set a second alarm, I would have missed my morning meeting and lost my job because of the hotel's failure to give me a wake-up call. When bringing this issue to the staff's attenti... The staff gave us directions en route, don't trust the web sources! We needed an early check-in and they were very accommodating, even offering to change our room to a nonsmoking floor when one came available.
