I guess if you let an old place run down, and never invest a dime in beds, bedding, bathrooms, tv's, carpet, etc. AND you hire cheap untrained help, you can make a short term profit. more on TripAdvisor

Their website states that they "allow small pets" but the door of the hotel clearly states that animals are not allowed. There is also another large sign on the front desk.
