Absolutely THE BEST!

My husband and I are spending the weekend at the Phoenix All Suites West in Gulf Shores. Thanks to the wireless internet connection, I am giving a review right from our suite. Searching for "Bear

From the time we arrived, there were problems. We were suppose to be able to check in at 4:00. It was 6:30 before we could go to our room. Elevators were a huge problem. Great BUT Noisy

Great Hotel as suggested by the other reviews. For the price you just can't beat it. I've stayed here 3 times in the last 2 months. This time I brought the whole family. The Phoenix All Suites West was great. The room was more like a condo than a hotel. There was plenty of room and everything was provided except the beach towels.
