Did not enjoy the InTown

Having 2 more weeks to go until or new house is ready to be moved into, we decided to give the nearby InTown Suites a try so we could be close by to take our son to school and handle 'house' issues. Hell On Earth at the Hoover Alabama Location of IntownSuites

The following are two seperate letters I've sent to the corporate office along with tons of email and voicemails to management, CEOs customer service hotlines etc. that have all gone with no response or very poor response, topping off with Ms. Cheryl Vickers who is the CEO of the company hanging the phone up on me. It is obvious to me that the company is run and managed by very uncaring people, beginning with the Hoover, Alabama, Southpark location all the way to the top. The manager at this location (Ronny Romine) got very angry with me for asking someone to come unstop my toilet 3 different times in one day and threw a fit telling me to "sit on my bed and rot until the toilet unstopped itself" I would not recomend any of this company's locations to my worst enimy... Unless you'd like to experience HELL for yourself, do not stay here.
