The kicker was that the people who checked into the adjoining suite checked in AFTER us and we could have had what we had asked for, however the customer service was awful so that didn't happen. more on TripAdvisor

We didn't have hot water, told the desk clerk and not long after we had hot water, very clean, breakfast was excellent with them serving eggs, bacon, waffles, etc., our room was very clean and made up very nicely. more on PriceLine.com
