I had confirmed reservations in March 05 & confirmed a second time in May. Now its June & I was noitified they could not provide me the confirmed rooms due to a mistake of theirs but they will charge me nearly $1,000 more to accomodate ... more on Yahoo! Travel

Need i say any more? YES! The rooms were impeccably filthy - water stains on the damp carpet, lack of lighting in the bathroom(so fun to take a shower in the dark), and filth oozing from the bathrooms.
