3.0: An unglamorous, but comfortable motel

I had the chance to stay at this Holiday Inn for several weeks while doing contract work in the local area. I've stayed in 4 rooms (to date) covering every guestroom building on the site. Friendly customer service is this motel's strength. My company repeatedly messed up my reservations from week to week, but the front desk workers were up to the challenge and worked quickly to resolve issues for me. I had only one bad service experience. I needed an iron my first week (the one in the room was already broken), and put in a request as I left for work.
