The reservation had been made in my name with my American Express credit card; it took 2 young men 30 minutes to change this from my name to my daughter's; and this was after trying to position a 26 foot Penske rental truck with an Altima dollied on the back....that was the main reason we chose the motel because the website said RV parking. more on Yahoo!
