It can be better
We had two rooms on our way back from our Disney trip. The room walls were not clean and needed paint. We may have just had bad rooms. I did not ask for different rooms because we made them with the choicehotels web site. I am a gold member and expect to get good rooms with their reservation site... pscwmoms, a user of Tripadvisor.
