Food and atmosphere were good however after we had to wait 15 min for an already empty table refill our own drinks find our own napkins and straws we decided not to tip the waitress (tall long med brown hair-approx 28 yrs old) The waitress actually followed us outside the restaurant & asked why we didn't tip. more on Yahoo!
