This was an average hotel, the room was just o.k.; however, this may be due to the fact that my girlfriend insisted on the cheapest room they had (in the basement). Basic but good location
The Heritage is a basic but clean hotel, well located for several nearby restaurants and as a base for the area. The town of Homer is very spread out with two distinct areas; the "downtown" area and The Spit. Just like the pictures
Cute from the outside, with a well maintained lobby and public areas (just like the picture, notable efforts to keep it nice - furniture, well cared for plants, scented candles, pictures in the halls).
