If I was going to build a hotel,with kitchen and living area, it would be just like this one, had a private balcony,free coffee, the people that own or run it are very nice, I would stay here again. more on Yahoo! Travel

This motel is billed as reasonably priced, and it was. more on TripAdvisor

There was a separate bedroom with a comfortable bed, bathroom with tub /shower, and the rest of the suite was one large room. more on TripAdvisor

There was also a balcony with a nice view of Kachemak Bay (see picture) although it was several blocks from the water. more on TripAdvisor

Was too much space for me, but was very clean and had a nice view of the bay. more on TripAdvisor
