I will start by saying the front desk staff was very accomodating when my ferry schedule changed to an early am arrival. Won't Go Back!!!
Our travel agent booked this hotel for us and we went with it, not knowing what a disappointing place it would be. When I checked the reviews on-line, it was too late to cancel.
