For the Price, you can do better

More expensive than the Westin, and terrible service. I started out by waiting 15 minutes to be seated in a restaurant that had 6 customers and finally gave up after watching all the wait-staff go by. Disappointing - will not go back

Not what I would consider a 4 star hotel. One other poster mentioned it needed a "good cleaning" and I must agree. Tired and outdated is my best description. Parking at $19/day a bit steep in my opinion. I'll look forward ... WestVan, a user of Tripadvisor. Read full review on TripAdvisor

Definitely staying here again!

I was here on business... I stayed on the 24th floor in a deluxe King room. The King bed was very comfortable.... I don't usually sleep well in hotels but I had not waken up once throughout the night. Staff are really friendly and helpful. You need a hotel room key to access the hotel elevators s... A Yahoo! This property is ideally located in Edmonton if you are looking to be downtown. Breakfast here was good, the room was clean and the pool was well taken care of.
