Eine große Enttäuschung

Bei der Ankunft stand vor dem Haupteingang ein dreckiger Reinigungskarren herum. Die Korridore und die Fahrstühle waren schon lange nicht mehr gesaugt worden. watch what room you get

We travelled here and expected the refrigerator and microwave in our room as it says when you book the reservation and there were none. The pool was the best part of our visit.
