This place was awful
We stayed at the is hotel because of the location. It's across the street from our El Encanto, where we wished to have a romantic Valentine's dinner and drink margaritas without having to drive anywhere after. Unbelievable
I can see that I am not alone in my experience. Room was hot, no ice, no HBO as advertised and little or no hospitality. It was August in Arizona and my auto had broken and I left it at the shop and took a room in the closest establishment. I was ripped off by the auto repair shop and by the Tumb...
