Not what I call a Crowne Plaza!

I arrived late - 9pm. There was no one to help with my bags. not that it would have mattered. I was given a map and told to drive 5 buildings away! Not what I expect from a Crowne Plaza . Don't read a Hotel by its sign.
This is a nice hotel/motel, but I don't think I'd classify it as a 'resort'. It does have a nice pool, my wife and I spent many days/evenings relaxing with a dip in the pool. Lumpy beds, Smokey rooms
No guarantee of a non smoking room" is what we were told AFTER we paid and checked in. We non smokers suffered a miserable night of breathing through our mouths until they could find us an available room to change over to. This of course, was AFTER, I insisted that a manager help us.
