a great help in time of trouble
The first morning that we were there, our nine-year-old granddaughter nearly drowned in the pool. A visitor dived to the bottom of the pool, pulled her out, and did CRP. Refactored hotel now OK !
Despite very bad critics until 2006 here on TripAdvisor, this hotel seems to have been refactored. Front desk is young and nice, rooms are clean and silent. The hotel we stayed at was extremely enjoyable. When checking in they offered us a free bottle of water, which i thought was just a great touch. All personnel were excellent, extremely courteous, and made every effort to be helpful. I can't say enough about the high quality of employees at this hotel. The facility, on the other hand, was dated, and in less than good physical condition, with peeling paint on furniture in the restaurant din... a traveler, a user of hotels.com.
