Better than expected

After the negative reviews, I was reluctant to book a room here. I checked the hotel website and they said the rooms had just been completely redone. This is the poster child for customer no-service. We are a family of 6, stayed in a Suite, I thought I had purchased a two king suite and received two full beds suite instead. Don't Make Reservations Here

I was looking forward to a great South West vacation at the end of June. We were at the airport and stood there for 3 hours before we were told that our flight was cancelled.
