West Coast Tour 2007

Stayed here last month while visit Lake Powell area and going onto Monument Valley, Four Corners and Antelope Canyon. Not a good start, arriving around 9pm to find the lady on reception telling us that we had to pay again as they weren't accepting bookings via Expedia due to payment trouble. Myse... Need improvement

The room doesn't have dining facility, the AC was not running even the room temperature is very high, the explanation given by the reception is meaningless... It is near the railway track so not good with the kids and also for elders because of the horn sound of the train. I don't recommend this ... a traveler, a user of hotels.com.
