I booked a 10 day Rejuvenation program. Upon arrival the accommodations were filthy. I complained immediately. After 4 days the same toenail clippings on the carpet, dead bugs and dirt on the window sill were still in evidence. Bugs were crawling around the carpet and bathroom.
