Beautiful Resort, but significant problems at pool and some dining venues

We'll start on a very positive note, but please read on. The Four Seasons Scottsdale is an absolutely beautiful resort. The grounds are meticulously kept, and they have done a remarkable job of integrating every aspect of the property into the desert environment. Though we cannot speak for every room at the resort, our Oasis Suite with a plunge pool (room 202) was fabulous. At over 1000 square feet, the living area, bedroom, and bath felt like a luxurious home away from home. Add to that the very large outdoor patio with a beautiful plunge pool, wood-burning fireplace, six very comfortable lounge chars, a huge umbrella, and a nice-sized table for dining, and you have a very nice little resort within a resort. Oh, did we forget to mention the outdoor patio shower right off the bathroom? What a nice touch. Who wouldn't like to take a shower outside on a beautifully landscaped patio surrounded by warm ...
