The fact that both my husband and I observed this consistently when either of us interacted (or attempted to interact) with the front office staff whether in person or on the phone and each time independent of one another denotes a specific need for this hotel to work on improving that aspect of their service, which in comparison to other Residence Inn hotels is severely lacking and out of character for Marriott's. more on Yahoo!
