Disappointed
I liked the pools, esp. the adult pool that was open 24 hours. I was very disappointed with paying $350 a night and 1) a handicapped room with a small closet that had no room for my full length outfits, a bed that my handicapped mother could barely sit on/get off of due to its height, smoke from... The Westin Kierland is definitely one of the premier hotels in Scottsdale. It was a wonderful stay starting from the valet service all the way to the free hors d'overes...I was in a king suite which had a comfortable pull out couch. Worst experience ever
Contacted property directly to book stay. Got confirmation on a 1 bedroom suite. When I arrived, I was bumped to a single because they were over booked.
