I would stay again

It was very close to Bell rock and Cathedral rock. (Climbing Bell rock is a MUST!!!)
I expected more trafic to get to "Y", but is was not bad at all. The room is very clean and quiet. Breackfast is good, though I didn't like their cranberry juice, that tasted funny.

Nice pool and breakfast area

Nice pool, breakfast area, and great southwest decorated lobby. Small outlet mall located within a 1/4 mile of hotel. Very nice outdoor pool with hottub. Our rate was $95. First time in Sedona so it was a good experience. Right next Bell Rock. Everything closes around 9PM except Blue Moon Cafe (good :)) closes at 10PM.
