Disappointed

Stayed 6-4-07 first time, room 127. All clean and functional. Stayed again 6-16-07. Totally different experience. Room was atrocious. The bed was not completely made. From the moment we walked in the clerk was very friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean, inviting. We requested a lower room because we were travelling with my mother-law who is 80. No problem.
