Hotel is located on the corner of Congress and Scott. Old hotel with nice Christmas decorations in the lobby, good appearance and nice first impression. I stayed here three night during a friends wedding. It is convenient to the downtown area and the University. It was quiet when it needed to be (basically anytime). This older hotel had a certain charm, and the rates seemed reasonable. Some basic maintenance, however, could really improve the place.
