The customer service representative that I talk to was very helpful and did refund my money on my credit card. more on Yahoo! Travel

The door had plenty of locks on it for security, and you needed it, as all around the door you could see out toward the parking lot..which was also where you had to go to view the mountains surrounding the area. more on Yahoo! Travel
