Excellent Staff

Were originally supposed to stay Friday and Saturday, but our flight was delayed out of O'Hare and we did not want to make the drive from Sky Harbor to Williams in the middle of the night. The hotel allowed us to change our stay on Friday night from two nights arrving Friday to one night arriving Saturday even though there was a 48 hour cancellation. This was a gracious gesture that was very appreciated. We stayed at a Sleep Inn at the airport before making the AM drive to the Grand Canyon.
