No complaints
This hotel may not be the best one in Yuma (since the Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn Express are much newer and there's a couple more going up), but it never fails to do a great job. ""Where do I start? On our first night here we had a """"giantic"""" cockroach in our room. The hotel """"upgraded"""" us to another room and there we found 2 more cockroaches! was really looking forward to this stay, had a suite where the hot tub did not work, had to call maintenance to turn it on, repairman removed front cover and blew in a tube, then when trying to shut it off it wouldn't and water was spraying all over room, had to call maintenance again the service... a traveler, a user of hotels.com.
