Needs Improvement

The hotel was located in a bad area (very low rent, high crime area). The other building in the lot was closed down and dilapidated. The roads on the street were under construction and not clearly marked. The hotel breakfast was still sitting out when I arrived at 18:00. The carpet had a stain in...
