Very personable staff, uncomfortable bed

The Carriage House Inn at the Mill in Johnson, AR was very nice. We enjoyed the country quiet setting. Our room was very nice and clean. Dissapointed

Lots of good press for these people starting with the NY Times review in 2006. All changed in my opinion. Our room was nice, but the overall Inn appearance and upkeep were sorely lacking. Very disappointing

We just came back from a 2-nights stay at the "Inn at the Mill". Described as "nestled in the Ozark Mountains" in the guide of the "Small Luxury Hotels of the World", we found this hotel right next to a very busy service road leading to a busy highway and overlooking a building site for a new mal... hirondelle11, a user of Tripadvisor. Clarion The Inn at the Mill was fascinating. Beginning with the staff, they were superb from the front desk to the maids.
