Crescent Hotel is a grand old place with lovely landscaped gardens and fountains. The lobby has been beautifully and lovingly restored. The staff is helpful and friendly. However....the rooms are below par for such a magnificent old hotel.

I did not stay at the hotel, but did visit the hotel during my trip to Eureka. This beautiful old hotel has been around for over 100 years. The room was beautiful--loved the windows and the view. Saw a couple of deer out on the lawn early the next morning! The bathroom did have a small step up--not a good thing but we got past it pretty quick-a hand towel on the floor to remind us worked.
