Hated Ft. Smith, Loved this Hotel
Although we did not have a great Ft. Smith experience (nothing to do), we did enjoy this hotel! They have a beautiful waterfall and 2 glass elevators inside. A Top Notch Marriott Courtyard
From the minute you arrive at this Marriott Courtyard, you notice the difference between this new design and old bland courtyards. Beautiful Hotel
After many hit or miss hotels along the way of our vacation this Courtyard Marriott was the best. It's almost brand new and the hotel staff was wonderful. We arrived at the hotel at 1:30AM after a long drive. The person at the front desk was very friendly and ready for our arrival. He checked us in quickly so that we could get on to our room. Bad Service
The rooms were clean and the bartender was very nice. However the service and friendliness of the rest of the place was a D-, the kitchen was rude and the price is to high, I thought for $100, we would at least have a hot tub in the room, at the Hampton Inn in the very same town you can get a kit...
