VERY ACCOMADATING

VERY NICE FOLKS! WE ALWAYS TRY TO GET A ROOM AT LAKE & RIVER INN. THEY STAY BOOKED SO CALL EARLY. NICE POOL, REAL CLOSE TO THE FRONT GATE OF "DAM SITE PARK". stinks!

This place smelled STRONGLY of old disinfectant! They told us that we had a room reserved and waiting and gave us room # and said that if we were late, it would be unlocked w/ keys on bed. Wrong!!! I was planning on trying to book a room in this place but there is no helpful pics to let me decide. Like that it has details from other people who have stayed in your hotel, but what about people that like to see pictures who have never stayed with you before. The people are nice that is great... If you want to stay in Heber Springs, try to get a room at this cozy home away from home. During the winter of 2005 I was doing renovation to my house and some days was unable to stay in my home.
