Scarey and Weird

That is what my kids ages 6 and 9 said as we walked into this place. The photos on the internet are very decieving. It appears to be a charming old hotel that has been updated... Well, not so much. Just got back from staying at the Park Hotel. It was a nice hotel but the rooms really needed some work. Especially the showers. The parking area is small but they do have over flow parking just ask the front desk and they'll let you know where it is. The restaurant is great! The food is wonderfu... A Yahoo! I could not find anything to complain about and I'm a complainer. Room and hotel were very clean. Mattresses and pillows looked new. Linens were fine. Staff was all very nice and helpful. Historical/Old is not an excuse for poor service!!!

We took the 2 bed 2 bath package on Nov 4th and 5th. Horrible experiences: No hot water(come on, it is in "hot" springs), no heater(no cooling airconditioner in summer time too), no wireless internet.
