Hotel is nice and comfortable; however, I think they have way to go on their service:-Front desk clerk was inexperienced and took over five minutes to check us in-Housekeeping did not get to our room until 7:00PM-Restaurant waitress was rude and unmotivated On the good side, they have a surprisingly fun and active bar that caters to business travelers. more on Hotels.com
