This hotel is definately over rated. The bathrooms are disgustingly dirty. The service in the restaurant was slow, disorganized and unfriendly. Coffee refills must not be included with breakfast. your staff was very attentive and helpful there was a very small problem finding our resevation at first but the freindly young woman at the desk that everning found and fixed any problem quickly. the hotel seemed to be in good clean condition. My family and I just returned back from the Ramada Inn in Mountain Home, Arkansas and we enjoyed our stay very much and will be back next time we are in Mountain Home. We had wedding receptions for both of our children in the banquet room. Better than expected, but I've seen better

This was a good place to stay for the money. I've stayed in better places, but the cost was much more. The bathroom door knob was dislodged and in poor working condition but when your with your spouse and children privacy in the bathroom is not really an issue. I felt safe in the room and the ...
