1.0: Horrible stay will never stay there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I reserved my room by phone in advance of our memorial day weekend. I reserved a non-smoking room and when we arrived at our room I recieved a smoking room and we could not change cause they were all booked up. And then the worst part was the room.
