What a nightmare

First I will say that the front desk staff were GREAT. The rooms were nice and it was conviently located close to the hospital where my daughter was. However, if you have a problem and you need to deal with the manager or owner....you can forget it!!! They will argue with you even though they have a 100% guarentee sign about 8 feet long right up front...it is just words on plastic becuase you will never get anywhere with them...somehow you are the one in the wrong.
