What a nightmare

First I will say that the front desk staff were GREAT. The rooms were nice and it was conviently located close to the hospital where my daughter was. Excellent location, excellent staff !!
Called them directly from the road. The person on the phone was very helpful. I was travelling with a family of 3 kids and my wife. When we arrived, we received a very nice room suite near the pool. My stay at this Hampton Inn was wonderful. I have never been this impressed with a hotel. This hotel is beautifully decorated and very clean. The continential breakfast was very good. Very Pleased
We were very pleased with our recent stay. We were upgraded to a two-room suite because we are Hilton Honors members. It was very nice. The room was clean and the king bed was comfortable.
